TPC has a method that put simply, works. We stay on top of timelines, making the process painless for both brokers and borrowers. We’ve worked thousands of loans over the last decade, and can guarantee you’ll save time and effort putting your trust in TPC.
Our goal is the same as yours: we want to close the deal. So we work on a third party flat fee structure, regardless of lender or broker. This provides transparency with clients as this fee is paid by the borrower, and not out of broker compensation.
What we do (and do well)
❍ Transparency. We provide an easy submission template for each file so everyone is on the same page throughout the deal.
❍ Communication. We’ll spend time communicating with all of the involved parties, from borrowers, agents, escrow, title, UW, closers, HOA’s, etc. to save you time. Along the way, we’ll provide as much in the way of status updates as you want (or not!).
❍ Customer service. Your clients are our clients and we value each one as a human, not just a number.
❍ Flexibility. We’ll work out a relationship cadence that works for you so you can spend more time supercharging your pipeline, and less time in follow-up purgatory.
❍ Efficiency. We’ve closed up to 200 loans/month and thousands in total over the last 10+ years (sometimes in as little as 7 days). We can because we pay attention to details.
